Abstract

A structured seven-phase procedure is presented for designing, implementing, and managing Voice over IP (VoIP) services with Quality of Service (QoS) in enterprise networks. The methodological approach allows adaptation to various topologies and access conditions, ensuring that technical parameters remain within acceptable ranges. Validation was conducted in a real-world environment through 220 calls distributed across 11 scenarios, yielding metrics that meet internationally established thresholds.
