Plataformas de Entrega de Servicios
Abstract
En el contexto dela competencia por el mercado que existe entre los operadores de telecomunicaciones, surge la necesidad de ofrecer novedosos servicios en un rango de tiempo corto, con el objetivo de preservar y ganar nuevos clientes. Los Proveedores de Servicio de Valor Agregado, necesitan interfaces bien definidas y portables para desarrollar aplicaciones y servicios. La arquitectura SOA se está adoptando mundialmente para lograr comunicación entre los sistemas informáticos independientemente del lenguaje de programación utilizado. Las Plataformas de Entrega de Servicios ((SDP), utilizan la arquitectura SOA y facilitan el desarrollo de servicios de valor agregado, mediante interfaces de software que exponen de una manera segura y confiable las capacidades de los operadores. Este documento muestra las principales características de las SDP, las facilidades que brinda a los operadores, las tendencias y el impacto de estos sistemas.
