Abstract
El desarrollo de las redes de Telecomunicaciones en el mundo, y de los futuros servicios de las NGN, ha creado la necesidad de cambiar los diseños topológicos de las actuales redes de acceso TDM en redes de acceso de banda ancha IP donde la interfaz implementada será Ethernet. En el presente artículo, se hace une estudio del estado de arte de las Telecomunicaciones en Congo, luego se presenta el escenario actual, para posteriormente hacer una propuesta de modificaciones para la actual red de Telecomunicaciones de la República del Congo.
